It’s back.
VMO’s Ultimate Media Champion returns for its third year.
Medialand's fiercest fitness and wellbeing challenge is back for its biggest year yet, uniting the industry to train hard, compete harder, and battle for a share in a prize pool worth over $60,000.*
Six weeks of sweat, strength, and support. Group fitness training meets expert sessions in sleep health, breathwork, mental fitness, and more, all designed to build your resilience, sharpen your mindset, and push you to your peak.
It all leads to one epic final event, where you'll go head-to-head with your industry peers to find out who takes home the title of Ultimate Media Champion, hosted at select Fitness First and Goodlife Health Clubs, part of VMO’s health and wellness media network
Here’s the game plan…
It all happens in three phases: submit your application, complete six weeks of elite training if you're selected, then take on the final challenge to earn the title of Ultimate Media Champion.

Every point counts. Your scores from the six-week training program and final event will combine to crown one male and one female Ultimate Media Champion across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with second and third place finishers also taking home some of the glory.

Six competitors (one male and one female from Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane) will earn the title of the 2026 Ultimate Media Champion and walk away with the most ultimate prize.

The Ultimate Media Champion is open to anyone working in media agencies or trade media across NSW, VIC, and QLD.

We aim to make the Ultimate Media Champion as inclusive as possible. Participation under these circumstances will be considered on request and at the discretion of Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG).

You’re welcome to take part in the training challenge, but please note that you won’t be eligible to win prizes if you’re unable to attend the final event.

Participants are expected to attend at least one Ultimate Media Champion training session per week throughout the six-week program.

A maximum of 250 competitors across NSW, VIC and QLD will be selected for the 2026 Ultimate Media Champion competition.
